So What is Next Cider Of Course


So what is next? CIDER is a special drink and is best, in my opinion, from Our Little Orchard.


The cider made by OLO is an all-natural drink.  It is not pasteurized like the cider purchased at your local grocery store. The mixture is 100% OLO apples. The type of apples depends on the season, early, mid or late.  As a result the flavor changes with each pressing.  Cider season begins as soon as a sufficient supply of apples is gathered. It a wonderful part of Fall



The above is a brief 3.5 video on how cider is pressed. Very similar to what is done at OLO. However, there is only one cider master and he is Mr. Chris Pyle

How about some Watermelon

Not OLO but definitely Fresh and Fruity and available now Watermellon  Recently I was given a Watermellon purchased from "Saves A Lot" in Lock Haven, PA.  Now I prefer homegrown but must admit it was so sweet and delicious I just had to tell you all about it.  Watermelon can be and is grown all around PA.  It is such a fresh fruit, especially on a hot, humid day.  What can you do with Watermellon?  How about Watermelon Fire and Ice Salsa ,  Or perhaps something cool to drink  Watermelon and Strawberry Lemonade . Or a  Watermelon Cooler Slushy   Maybe something more of a meal  Watermelon Summer Salad These are all delicious-looking recipes, and there are many more if you search for them.   Stay Fresh and Stay Fruity
